Private DVA Sessions
We welcome DVA clients, DVA Health Cards (Gold and white) are accepted upon a GP referral.
Entitled DVA clients may be referred for safe and clinically effective Exercise Physiology/ Physiotherapy treatment by their general practitioner on a valid D904 referral form.
DVA entitlements include:

Gold card holders are entitled to clinically necessary treatment for all health conditions.

White card holders are entitled to clinically necessary treatment for an accepted disability
Exercise Classes
Throughout our various locations we run classes for DVA clients.
Our aim for these classes is to promote your strength, endurance and overall fitness and well being in a group environment.
We adjust exercises to the individual so no need to worry about what level you may be at, as we have something for everyone!
