Our accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are trained healthcare professionals with a deep understanding of exercise science. They specialise in creating individualised exercise plans that cater to a wide range of needs—from improving general fitness and well-being to managing chronic conditions, recovering from injuries, or enhancing athletic performance.

 

Our team of incredible AEPs embrace the philosophy of "Exercise is Medicine," offering therapeutic interventions through carefully structured exercise routines. Their approach combines evidence-based practices with a holistic treatment model that takes into account both your physical and psychological factors. By integrating exercise prescriptions, lifestyle changes, goal-setting, and ongoing encouragement, our exercise professionals will help you work towards their health and fitness goals.

 

For those eligible, these services may be covered under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or Work Cover offering financial support for clients managing injuries or disabilities. Additionally, individuals with chronic health conditions may access treatment through CDM (Chronic Disease Management Plans) with Medicare rebates, making sessions more accessible. In some cases, bulk billing options are available, making care affordable for everyone.
